Unless stated otherwise, the text, layout, design, graphics, product photography and the Rigvonex name and logo on rigvonex.shop are owned by Rigvonex or licensed to us, and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Third-party marks
Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, marks, badges and logos that appear anywhere on this Site remain the property of their respective owners. They are referenced or shown only to describe the surfaces our products can be used on, or as incidental elements of lifestyle photography. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from those owners.
Supplier and manufacturer packaging
Rigvonex sources products from third-party manufacturers. Items may arrive in the manufacturer’s own packaging, which can carry the manufacturer’s branding rather than ours. This is normal for our supply chain and does not affect your rights under our Refund & Return Policy.
Reporting an infringement (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we act promptly on valid complaints. If you believe content on this Site infringes a copyright or trademark you own or represent, send a written notice to support@rigvonex.shop with the subject line “IP Infringement Notice” containing:
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed, and proof of your ownership or authority to act;
- The exact URL(s) on rigvonex.shop where the material appears;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We acknowledge every complete notice within 2 business days and, where the claim is valid, remove or disable access to the material promptly. If we remove material you posted or supplied, we will tell you and you may submit a counter-notice with the same level of detail.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts and relationships of repeat infringers where appropriate.
