1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rigvonex.shop and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Rigvonex, 805 Deer Trail Ln, Pass Christian, MS 39571, United States. By browsing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the payment method you use is your own or that you are authorised to use it.

3. Products, descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs, videos and illustrations are for demonstration; colours may differ slightly on your screen, and results shown are illustrative rather than a guarantee of the results you will get. Manual measurement of packaging may vary by 1–2 cm. Products may be supplied in manufacturer packaging that carries the manufacturer’s own markings.

4. Product use and suitability

Our car care products are for exterior automotive surfaces only and must be used as directed on the label and product page. You are responsible for testing on a small hidden area before full application, particularly on matte, satin, wrapped, single-stage or repainted finishes. Rigvonex is not liable for damage caused by misuse, by use on unsuitable surfaces, or by failure to follow the instructions.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that may be applied at checkout. We may change prices, promotions and bundles at any time without notice; the price that applies is the price shown at the moment you complete checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Any “compare at” or crossed-out price shown next to a multi-bottle bundle is our regular single-bottle price multiplied by the number of bottles in that bundle. It is a reference price for the bundle, not a claim that the bundle was previously sold at that figure.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where we suspect fraud, where an address cannot be served, where stock is unavailable, or where an order looks like it is for resale — and we will refund you in full if we do.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels that are delayed, returned or lost because an address was entered incorrectly or incompletely.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, layout, graphics, logos and the Rigvonex name — is owned by Rigvonex or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or republish it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names, marks and vehicles that appear in photography belong to their respective owners and are used for illustration only; their appearance does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

10. Prohibited use

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malware, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with the Site’s security, or to infringe anyone’s rights. We may terminate your access for breach of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where the law says otherwise, the Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigvonex and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or vehicle value, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order in question. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Rigvonex harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal action, you agree to contact us at support@rigvonex.shop so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Nothing in these Terms affects any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

15. Severability and changes

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. We may update these Terms at any time; the current version is always the one posted on this page, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
