This Privacy Policy explains how Rigvonex (“Rigvonex”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit rigvonex.shop (the “Site”), place an order, or contact our support team. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, order contents, and any message you send to our support team. When you pay, your card details are entered directly into our payment processor’s secure form — Rigvonex never sees, receives or stores your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we automatically receive your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, time spent, and similar analytics data. This is collected through cookies, pixels and log files.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure how the Site performs, and to measure and improve our advertising. Categories we use:

  • Strictly necessary — cart, checkout, security, fraud prevention. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics — anonymous or pseudonymous statistics about how visitors use the Site.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share only what is necessary with:

  • Shopify Inc. — the ecommerce platform that hosts this Site and processes orders.
  • Payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal and card networks) — to take payment and screen for fraud.
  • Fulfilment and shipping partners, including our overseas fulfilment partner in China and carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and their international partners — they receive your name, address and phone number so your parcel can be delivered and cleared through customs.
  • Analytics and advertising providers (for example Google Analytics and Meta) — to measure Site performance and ad results.
  • Email and support tools — to send transactional and, where you have opted in, marketing emails.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Because our fulfilment partner is located in China, your name, delivery address and phone number are transferred outside the United States for the sole purpose of shipping your order. We require our partners to protect your data and to use it only for the services they provide to us.

6. Behavioural advertising

We may use your information to show you ads for products you may be interested in. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info, the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org, or in your device’s ad settings.

7. Your rights

All customers. You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing. Email support@rigvonex.shop and we will respond within 30 days.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and “share” for cross-context behavioural advertising; the right to request deletion or correction; the right to opt out of that sharing; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of them, email support@rigvonex.shop with the subject line “California Privacy Request”.

Residents of the EEA and UK. Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract (to fulfil your order), legitimate interests (to run and secure our business), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies) and legal obligation (tax and accounting). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations — generally seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

9. Security

The Site uses TLS encryption, and payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

10. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Do Not Track

There is currently no consistent industry standard for responding to Do Not Track browser signals, so our Site does not change its behaviour when it receives one. We do honour Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect as soon as it is posted, and the “last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
